Modern and clean facilities, easy access to event space, generously spacious rooms

Noise from outside and adjoining rooms can be intrusive!!! Housekeeping needs better coordination, especially with late checkouts!!! Urgent attention required for maintenance issues like the crooked TV and weakened shower pressure!!!

Well-maintained outdoor areas.

Our stay was plagued by significant issues. The night staff was overwhelmed, and we faced repeated harassment from homeless individuals outside. We reached out to management for assistance, but instead, we received unprofessional treatment, including yelling and being insulted.

My stay was quite mixed. The staff made check-in pleasant, particularly Jake, who was friendly and accommodating. While the room was spacious, I found some hair on the bedding and issues with cleanliness. The breakfast machine for pancakes was a nifty touch. The location was also a big convenience for exploring nearby attractions.

The staff was great, especially the young lady at the front who moved us to the second floor when we complained.

I had a great night with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing, especially the veggie egg white omelettes! The wide range of lighting options made my stay really relaxing.

It was a proper fit for a lightning trip in Charlotte with decent value for money. The indoor pool was refreshing, despite the heating issue, and provided a nice break. Make sure to check the pool temperature before diving in.

We also enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and took advantage of the sun loungers—perfect spots to unwind. Just a heads-up, housekeeping came in a bit early without knocking, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

We loved the convenience of this spot, perfectly located near the Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills. The gym had weights and mats which the kids found fun. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

My kids wished the room was a bit cleaner and fresher, especially the bathroom. An extra attention to detail would really help families enjoy their stay more.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was super convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, which really set a positive tone. The complimentary breakfast was nice, even if a bit limited in variety. My room was overall clean, but I did have to clean the bathroom a bit myself, which was a bummer. One downside was the noise levels. I heard a lot of commotion from outside. The heating system in the room was also a little tricky. I had a hard time getting it set at a comfortable temperature. Parking was fine but could feel a bit cramped at peak times. Despite the minor issues, I would still consider coming back since the positives outweigh the negatives for me.

The king suite was spacious and comfortable , which made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were diverse and my wife especially appreciated the friendly staff member who helped her. We started our day with a lovely breakfast that far exceeded our expectations.
